The company was founded in 1977 by Craig A. Fraser. Mr. Fraser currently serves as Gibraltar’s Managing Principal. He is involved in all aspects of the business.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area community of Los Altos, California, Gibraltar operates with a strong investor orientation. We structure our investments to accommodate individual investor requirements-be they cash flow, capital gains, tax shelter and /or security.
